 HX 258 injection forming machines adopt “direct-lock” two-platen  clamping mechanism and a newly-developed AC servo motor to update its  various working performance. The new AC servo motor enables remarkably  smooth clamping stroke with highly responsive acceleration and  deceleration. Besides, the motor realizes a substantially reliable and  consistent high-cycle molding. For HX 258 injection molding machine, the  combination of “direct-lock” hybrid clamping unit and all-electrical  injection unit contributes to the energy-saving and minimizing the  hydraulic fluid utilization.

 1. New Molding Clamping Structure 
 Internal rolling molding-lock structure is featured by five curved  supporting points and crank mechanism. Its connecting rods and molds are  strengthened into cast structure by FEA (Finite Element Analysis),  effectively reducing stress and deformation, and improving rigidity and  precision. 
 2. New Power Structure
 To optimize the energy utilization for HX 258 injection forming  machine, a brand-new power structure is applied. This new structure is  constituted by servo motor, servo driver, pressure sensor, rotary  encoder, gear pump, etc.
