HXS/H176 Mixed Two Color Injection Molding Machine
Description
HXS/h mixed two color injection molding machine is used to mold dual-mixed-color plastic products. Its main injection unit is mounted in the center of the fixed platen. And the side injection unit is installed vertically upon the main unit with a certain oblique angle. The two injection units can be controlled separately and co-work to produce mixed-color products. Apart from this, the machine takes full advantage of space without occupying large floor space. We offer you various combination types of main injection units and side injection units. Customers can choose certain specified mixed two color injection molding machine according to their needs.
Features:1.The plastic injection molding machine is configured with high-standard components.
2. It is specially equipped with the double cylinder to keep the injection balance.
3. For accurate operation, four-stage setting is provided for injection speed, pressure and position control, and three-stage for material charging speed, pressure and position control.
4. When mixed two color injection molding machine is injecting plastic materials, the injection position is timely monitored and controlled.
5. Special protection is provided during screw cold start.
